Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 4 to 7 business days. Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days after dispatch. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your rug ships.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At the moment we ship to addresses in the United States only.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your rug. The rug must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Email support@avyayrugs.com to start a return. We pay for return shipping on accepted returns.

What if my rug arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?

Please inspect your rug when it arrives and email us right away with photos so we can make it right.

How do I choose the right rug size?

See our Sizing Guide for sizes by room. As a rule of thumb, your main furniture should have at least its front legs on the rug. If you are unsure, email us and we will help.

Will the rug look exactly like the photo?

Every rug is handmade and hand-dyed, so small differences in color and texture can happen. Screens also show colors slightly differently.

Will my wool rug shed?

Wool rugs can shed lightly at first. This is normal and eases with regular vacuuming.

How do I care for my rug?

Vacuum regularly using suction only, with the beater bar off. Blot spills right away with a clean, dry cloth and do not rub. Use a rug pad for cushioning and grip, and have a professional rug cleaner handle deep cleaning. Natural jute rugs should be kept dry and spot cleaned only.
